Psychological Safety Index
If you are serious about high performance in your organization, then I highly recommend the Psychological Safety Index assessment to understand if your team feels safe, to contribute, learn, and challenge the status quo.
Psychological safety at work has the following benefits:

- Learners learn faster
- Learners learn BETTER
- Bad processes are eliminated faster
- Less money wasted on turnover and bad processes
- More revenue due to client retention, better sales, salespeople retention, etc.
- Bottom line: More money EARNED
The ways to improve psychological safety are not costly:
- Do one on ones with your staff
- Ask more questions
- Select supervisors very carefully
- Eliminate toxic leaders - both informal and formal ones
- Admit mistakes
- Have open discussions to analyze projects (After Action Review aka hotwash) and listen without judgment
- Appreciate your team more often for more things
